David Movie

David is an upcoming animated biblical musical film featuring the character of David from the Book of Samuel in the Old Testament. In a fear-ruled kingdom, a young shepherd dares to face a giant and the darkness behind him. His courage awakens a nation, proving true strength comes from trust, not power. In an effort to save the Kingdom of Israel from the Philistines, a young Bethlehem musical shepherd and poet/warrior named David, who is predestined to become the new King of Israel, embarks on a journey from beyond the shadow of the Philistine giant Goliath in an attempt to show the Israelites that true power lies not from within Saul's kingship but in their faith of God and freedom from their enemies.
